Product as such is good wrt design, looks and comfort but thoroughly disappointed as I received damaged product. It came in a box which was already opened and the watch looked like a used one with lots of scratches and no protective film which usually comes on new products. The key to set time was also not working. Had to return the product.

I recently got this watch for my birthday, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. The primary issue is with the watch battery, which is not functioning.I expected a smoothly functioning watch upon arrival, but the inconvenience of a malfunctioning battery has dampened the joy associated with this special occasion.

Very nice and stylish watch. I got many compliments !
