My mother loved it and wears it proudly, with my sister next to her heart!

The heart is very beautiful. But the chain is too flimsy. But I still love it. Didnt have the heart to send it back. Hopefully they change it up and use a better chain.

The necklace itself is very beautiful. My problem is I've had it for about a month and the pink coating on the heart has already worn off from rubbing on the inside of the big heart. The main reason I wanted it was the rose gold color of the inside heart. Now it's just mostly silver.

This served the purpose it is not high quality but I wasn't expecting that so it met my expectations. The screw is VERY difficult to get back into the pendent I highly recommend a magnetized screw driver.

This is a beautiful locket and will be used to hold my Mother’s ashes. The locket itself is well made, the hinge and clip action work well and the rose gold plated heart on the inside swings within the sterling silver locket case. The interior heart is small and won’t hold a lot of ashes however it is very tasteful, there is not a lot of room for engraving on the interior heart, if that is something your considering, maybe a short name or a date. I will be buying a sterling silver chain to hang from as the one provided was not real silver although I knew this when purchasing. Shipping was quick and efficient, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a way to to discreetly remember and hold a loved one close to you, lastly to all those going through a loss right now I feel for you all navigating the universe right now and wish you the best.UPDATE....I’ve taken this to the jeweller today to have it engraved, and found that the screw in the back of the inner heart will only come up a small way before it gets stuck. So we are unable to remove it to put ashes in. The jeweller said he’d try and get it out but won’t be back till next Wednesday.
