So I wanted an abdominal binder that would compress my pelvic/lower abdomen area. This one came with 3 pieces- one being for your pelvis. Having had a past csection I kind of knew that the pelvic piece wasn’t exactly wide enough for my liking - to lay over incision- so I figured maybe I could use the abdominal piece for my pelvis if needed. When I ordered the one size I was worried it wouldn’t fit comfortably after birth so I exchanged it for the plus size. Tbh I don’t see much difference in the 2 sizes they offer. The plus size might be a bit bigger but I’m about 5’5 and was 190lbs at birth and the plus size fit fine. I typically weigh between 150-160lbs normally. I’m considered overweight but you couldn’t tell by looking at me. It’s not very comfortable to sit in if you’re looking for pelvic support after birth. I ended up using my boba wrap.

This product has 3 wraps to it you don't have to use all 3. My plastic surgeon liked it.

It is a bit too small for larger bodies that are healing. I use this more to help with posture and belly support because of sudden weight gain not post pregnancy. I wanted help with my lower belly fold and the impact my weight has on my low back. It is difficult to walk and apparent that I have a serious back issue. It helps with support and is a night and day difference. However, I am more aware of possible damage to my vertebrae. It isn’t comfortable because of the rolling I experience. I would love it if they made a plus size version of this belt that is a little wider and longer to accommodate my full belly.

I got this wrap for my postpartum recovery. The first 2 weeks it held up great then the bottom wrap kept folding and rolling up causing discomfort when wearing.
