Great product, has lots of storage space

The bag hasn't been used yet but it seems well made. At the moment it looks lovely. However just in the process of getting it out of the packet I accidentally made 2 pale scratch marks on the leather (pictured), and they don't blend in again when rubbed or when I tried applying water or wax. The picture of the leather sample attached to the bag shows permanent marks I made just by dragging my nail across it semi-firmly. I guess it's going to look extremely 'distressed' within a couple of weeks, whether in a good or bad way it's too soon to know. It's really disappointing as it's supposed to be a gift to replace someone's scruffy old bag. It no longer feels like a good choice!*Edit* despite my misgivings, 3 months later my dad was and remains delighted with his bag, so I've added some stars. :)

A great bag, good size, plenty of compartments, good colour, good quality all round

This item is a gorgeous Brown Leather. It's not massive but has plenty of pockets for items. The zips are good, interior is Nylon so can be wiped clean if need be. Strap is webbing type material and looks well made. I really like it,now to fill it up. Oh,it arrived the very next day after ordering. Well Happy.

I sent seller contact but as yet no reply I gave this 4 stars but have reduced to one as NO CONTACT FROM SELLER as I really am pleased with the bag in general the leather is good but 2 zips have come unstitched as I am out the country till November I cannot return the item which I would have done for a replacement as the product is very good so have atit he'd these myself. I would knock another 2 stars off for sellers nil response but that detracts from the product I would say by this but from another seller AS SAID PURCHASE FROM A SELLER THAT WILL RESPOND !!!!!!!!!!!!!))

While I'm generally happy with the bag (quality of the material used, number of pockets and some with zip security, strap adjustment) the zip on the back pocket is quite stiff as it is pulled around its corner. It may be the stitching in that area has made it tight but my fear is that the zip will soon damage the bag/zip and cease to work :-(I guess time will tell.
