This push-up board is awesome! There is no assembly required and it targets all the 4 major upper body muscles as described, with ease. I was shopping around for a push-up board that was not too big and when I came across this one I knew I had to purchase it. I don’t think anyone will be disappointed with this purchase!! It’s so simple to use and is a great addition to your workout room without taking up much size at all! It even comes with styrofoam pads to prevent the board from scratching/damaging your floor. Highly recommend to anyone who loves working out at home like I do.

I was doing push-ups for a while and really didn’t notice much of a difference and then I got Board. Several different positions for Back, Shoulders, Chest and Triceps. You can tell your working those areas after a few sets. The board is a sturdy plastic and so are the handles. The handles have a comfortable rubber grip that is easy to hang on too. It’s pretty light and I could see a person taking it on a trip and throwing it into their suitcase.

Missing slip pads, 10wk program and it is painted as it was done in shop Class, returning and going through another vendor that gives you a store away case, same price, more value.

This is a lot cooler than I thought it was gonna be. Make sure you get the one with English writing on it. This thing is pretty cool, enjoy doing push-ups a little more.

This pushup board is so awesome! You can really tell a difference in your muscles as it targets specific ones and really keeps you in position. Love it!
