Good for a slightly shorter than average person, nice poof, a little roomy
I'm 5'3 1/2 and weigh between 170/180 (depending on the day). I am happy overall with the pcoat skirt. I was afraid it would be too long and look silly under my dress, but it hit me right at my knees (I pulled the skirt up to about my bra line) and it works really well. It did come a little wrinkly due to packaging but that can't be helped, it's not like anyone is going to see it under the dress, and can easily be fixed.I love how this looks under my dress. I didn't think the poof was too ridiculous. It was just a tad too loose in the waiste, but not falling off loose, for my personal preference I would have liked if it were a bit tighter. This also came with a built in silky slip so the material they use to make this with won't scratch your legs.
