I was hesitant to purchase this item. Several reviewers said not to because the dispenser wasn’t large enough, causing the towels to rip.I moved from using a hand towel to using a paper towel roll because I couldn’t stand the thought of the many germs that lingered.I didn’t like the bulky paper towel roll sitting on my vanity, so I decided on the dispenser.Even though I’m big on reviews, I decided to take a chance with this item because I realllllllly like that it came with a cover.After installing and filling the holder to capacity, I found that the reviewers were 💯% accurate, the towels ripped and there were small pieces of the towel floating to the floor.Well, THE FIX was simple…remove some of the towels.The weight is what caused the problem. Fill the holder to no more than half capacity and your problem is solved.I am happy that I made this purchase!I use a multi-fold towel, 9.2 x 9.4

Too much work.

After tired of waiting almost 2 months for another company's paper towel dispensers to arrive, and still not sure that they ever will, I decided to look elsewhere. From the many styles Amazon offered, this Acrylic dispenser made by Femeli was my final choice and I am very pleased with it! The transparent material blends well with the decor eliminating that "public bathroom" feel to it. Most importantly, my bathroom now has a complete touch free washing area. The paper towels coupled with my Secura automated soap dispenser (also purchased through Amazon) give me confidence and peace of mind. Easy installation and should I ever decide to take it down, a little bit of spackle and paint and the wall is back to normal! I gave it 4 stars for sturdiness because I did just install it, so I have yet to see how it performs after repetitive usage.

I thought this would be a good idea in my Master bath bc I lack counter space for a traditional countertop paper towel holder. I loved it so much that I put one in my kitchen. Now, I'm adding one to the guest bathroom. It looks great, frees counter space, & saves $$$ on the cost of paper towels. My cost; less than $65/year, the 1st yr. Amazing!! Especially since weve been washing our hands more frequently, since the Pandemic.

Love using these instead of paper towel rolls. These require less contact than touching paper towel roll.The only con is that you have to keep supply up so people won’t have to touch the plastic. I didn’t hang mine up on the wall so it sits on the sink.

it looks good but because it's so light, when you remove a paper towel it causes the whole thing to move around. so you have to pull with one hand and hold it down with the other. this is using it on countertop. did not try for wall mount.

Arrived in perfect condition. Installed it right away and is just perfect for the paper towels in the bathroom. Plenty of room for one to pull towels from the bottom or the side and has a top to keep dust off, or remove it and pull off the top of the towels. Its what I needed!

The paper towels fit perfectly. However, the slot at the bottom is not wide enough for the towels. I don’t like it like that but it’s soothing the purpose. I should not have put it up until I tested the paper towels in it.
