Recieved a cheap plastic mug in place of what I ordered.
I ordered the pink mug as shown in the description. I received the cheap plastic tumbler with a straw and logo on it as shown in the pic I attached. I then spent an hour on the phone with customer service trying to get one delivered quickly and they can't. Now I won't have this for the trip I ordered it for.

Metal seal is bad
I give it one star for keeping ice for hours. First time we used them you could see discoloration around the seals at the base of the cups and now they are flaking on the same place.

While these work the colors are inconsistent
Photos do not look like what arrived. The colors are less vibrant in person. I ordered teal and pink. They do work very well and wash up nice. Hand wash if you want The color to last.

Completely unacceptable
I have never written a bad review before. This product arrived looking like it had been used for years, dirty and damaged. Returned promptly.

Finish flakes off
The finish is starting to flake off on the top of the tumbler after just 2 months

Mainly used to keep ice cubes, stays frozen all day
Some chrome finish on cup by lip has chipped off but no effect on cup performance.

The color was perfect. Very close to pictured color. Lid fits snug. I'm happy with this product!
