Editing my review to reflect that emaks reached out to me and sent me a new charger, which works beautifully. So changing my review to 5 stars for both product and customer service.Previous review:I bought this as my back-up charger for when I travel. With the pandemic, I haven't been traveling as much, so unfortunately did not discover the flaw in this charger until after the return window had passed.As best I can describe it, it flickers "on" and "off" while charging. I noticed when charging it at low battery (under 20%), my screen kept dimming/brightening, dimming/brightening. Finally I realized it was because it was charging, then it wasn't. Charging, then it wasn't. It DID charge it sporadically, but I am unsure if this will have a negative affect on my battery, and frankly it's annoying.

My laptop would not power on. I decided to order a new power cord and after a week decided to press power button and esc button at the same time and my laptop came back to life. Now I don't have to purchase a new one. Thanks.
