Good weight and easy to handle, did a work blouse in a few minutes with no problems. Cord is long and flexible enough to steam vertically. Heats quickly and steam is evenly distributed from the plate to clothing. Water cartridge easy to attach and remove. Plastic filling cup included. So far am very happy with this product!

I tried to return this product but it was easier just to keep it...the reason I tried to return this steamer was because it was very very noisy and the steam pressure was very poor and not constant....I read and re-read all the instructions and even watched you tube videos and still the same profermance...shame I really wanted to like this product after reading all the good reviews .

At first i am a little bit hesitated as lack of review and unknown brand. But i reallly really like the design. Black with a stripe of blue make it look elegent and not boring. In the end i was sold by the 2yrs guarantee.I am pretty happy with my purchase. The size is perfect for travelling and it really works with vertical iron. My old one was from top brand, but it didnt work for vertical iron. For me, i find the best feature is the explosive steam function, it cleared up the creases in seconds.I reduced one star is because the price wasnt friendly enough and the required power is too big 1100W and it heating up is a few sec longer then my prev iron

I really like the red and black colour scheme and this is also does a great job at de-creasing clothes.We haven't used this when travelling yet so cannot comment on that. Comes with a jug for adding water to it (not Pictured above)

We’ve had a couple of travel irons which are frankly useless.This little iron is the opposite. It glides with ease over very creased clothing without spluttering water everywhere. It’s got a wider water spout for easy filling and a lovely grip handle which also folds down.The travel iron reaches temperature really quickly and it will be a great addition to our holiday packing in the future.It’s slightly higher in terms of cost, however well worth paying the extra few £s for a more superior product.

By the looks of things there are a few reviews regarding this product and how dangerous it is. Other reviews have said how spectacular this product is and I was hoping that I would have purchased the perfect steamer for £40. Not cheap by any means but also not too expensive, I just expected this to at least slightly work.100% dangerous and inoperable! Water pours from the head of the steamer and will also spit boiling water onto your clothes and onto you and I have attached photos to show that it isn’t a few droplets. Literally pouring onto the counter when using the stand and over the shirts I was trying to steam.I would suggest listening to the reviews of people who say this product is awful as well as people who say it’s great. Apparently you’re taking a gamble whether you’re getting a functional steamer or one that is the spawn of Satan.I’d go elsewhere instead of taking the risk.EDIT: Seller has supplied a full refund and replacement steamer which I have not used yet so have amended my rating because of the impressive customer service I have received and will provide 4/5 stars once I have tested the new steamer.

The steam had some issues with maintaining a constant flow and would occasionally spit water droplets out. Also the stand is a joke and mine came warped.Used and put back into its box for storage. I have taken it out a year later to use to disinfect my work clothes and the switch is broken (no longer latches, just slides freely), probably due to low quality plastic being used.Not sure how "real" this 2 Year Warranty is, as the original seller no longer has an Amazon account (Besthomes-EU), but it has the same registration address as this new seller and the AICOK manufacturer.Steer clear and pay for quality products from brand you know.
