GOLD SEAL Thread Snips

Good quality snips! Arrived quickly. Not shown in photo is a red rubber cap that coves both blades when not in use-- nice feature. I like that these have a screw (rather than a rivet) at the hinge point-- they can be separated for professional sharpening. Snips have a good weighty feel but not too heavy-- comfortable to use.

If you've used a nipper (or snips) before, and especially if you haven't, the design of the product is *everything*. These are truly the best on the market! Sharp, well balanced and comfortable in your hand...so much quicker and better than a scissors and made in the US. I couldn't want a better product!

I ordered these because they were listed as Gold Seal brand snips, which is exactly what I wanted. What I got was ATC snips. These are usually sold by the same seller for less money. I am VERY unhappy about the substitution. I feel like I got scammed by Zipper Stop. I used to buy items from your website when I needed zippers. I will look elsewhere in the future.The ATC snips are nice quality and work well, but I don't know how long they will hold an edge like the Gold Seal snips.

Arrived coated in oil but none-the-less, spots of what looks like pitting and what IS RUST! Going back. I don’t mind the oil but what’s the point if they arrive rusted?Why would you not look at what your sending out

Very sharp, work great, but they don't appear to be new. Have some tarnish, and scratches.

Very nice weight. Will last forever and cut great. Exactly what i was looking for. Comes with a rubber cap for the tip.

I bought these a few years ago (on a recommendation from a leather tailor) and use these for trimming marijuana. Use 2 alternatingpairs, clean with a razor strip and alcohol and you will be good to go. Allows you to trim and not bother your fingers for long stretches.Best product on the market and you cannot wear them out!
