Belt Grinder Wheel Set Knife Grinder 2x72" 5/8 Bore (15,90MM) 4" Diameter Crowned Drive Wheel 6061 Aluminum

The wheels work great, no complaints! Just be careful not to drop them. They're obviously pretty soft because they're aluminum. I dropped one and it caused a couple of pretty deep dings that had to be polished out.

They seem to work so far. The two that are on the D plate up front seem to run hotter but not enough to worry about.

Product came quick. Packaged nice and neat in some kind of precut foam so they wouldnt get scratched. Made from good material, good quality. Gave it 4 stars because I have yet to use them and there were scuffs/blemishes on the face of all 4 wheels, nothing that would impact function and can be buffed out.

This is a nice set. I am not currently using the drive wheel, since it doesn't fit on my treadmill motor but I plan to upgrade that in the next couple of months to a real motor.

No inner bushing between the inner bearings. Not hopeful they’ll last long on my grinders. Sorry, I don’t like leaving bad reviews and I won’t return them, just not happy about the inner sleeve as it’s so very important. I build these for a living so luckily I can manufacture the sleeve but the majority can not. Words of advice, please add the sleeve between the inner bearings, your cost wouldn’t even increase 5.00.

Wheels seem ok. When they came in the box they had fallen out of the cut outs they were sitting in. They rolled around against each other and were alittle banged up, not a huge deal, but the roller for the belt tracking bearings are alittle rough making the machine not as smooth and very loud.

These are a nice upgrade for my DIY belt grinder. The guide wheels work well on a 1/2' bolt and the drive wheel slipped onto my 3 phase motor.

Excellent wheels, came in a decent foam lined card board box. No damage on arrival
