Doubt These Are Skin Safe
There is nothing with this product to state that these colors and materials are approved by the FDA to be safe for use near eyes, on the face, or on the skin. See the law on "Color Additives and Cosmetics" on the FDA site (note the document is also available in traditional Chinese and simplified Chinese). A large concern of mine is that some of this mixed sized glitter is large which means it can cause a cut if a piece of this plastic glitter goes into the eye. The title of this product at the time I am writing my review says: "chunky glitter nail sequins iridescent flakes colorful mixed pailette face body hair nail art". Another issue is the iridescent may be considered "holographic" which is an aluminum color bonded to plastic. This product is made in China. Instead of using this for the body as it is sold for, I will use this in making crafts. I do not feel safe using this for skin and body. (They came with two foam applicators such as are used for applying eye shadow.) Rating 1 star = Hate It.
