Decent quality, but the plastic on the side tore after having it a week.

I am truly scratching my head over the rave reviews this product received from so many people. I wanted to like this product and was looking forward to using it but was immediately very disappointed. What others who are providing one-star ratings are saying is very true. This product is a joke and poorly designed. It's tiny, very cheaply made, and barely covers the eyes at all. There is so little gel in the product that it warms up to body temperature almost immediately so it can't even help with puffy eyes much less provide sinus relief or comfort to tired eyes at all as some have described.Knowing how much vendors rely on their ratings to sell their products, and having been a business owner myself, I don't give a one-star rating lightly. This was truly a huge waste of money. I cannot think of one use for this product and cannot recommend it at all. Do yourself a huge favor and bypass this product as the one-star ratings are spot on. Oh my where do I start with this product? First I'll start with saying that when I found this being offered at product launch and was offered to use during the promotion I was seriously overly excited. Why? Well I had purchased something like this a while ago, and when I went to use it the gel pack was empty. I was so disappointed, but it kept my mind intrigued to want to try one at the next chance I got. So like I said, when I heard about this promotion, I couldn't turn down the opportunity to purchase, use and offer my experience.Now, I have issues with dark circles, and tired eyes daily. I also deal with occasional headaches, due to eye strain and stress, so the different uses this mask has, proved to be beneficial to me in every usable way. In my experience thus far, I look forward to using these in the evening at a warmer temperature, to soothe and release the pain and pressure built up from the stresses and eye strain of the day. A simple 10-15 minute eye mask session, definitely relieves a lot of the pressure and has taken my headaches away pretty quickly. After this mini eye pampering session, I place the mask in the freezer so I can use it in the morning. I have almost made this a ritual day and night, since I've received them. I stay up late hours of the night, and get up early in the morning, which is a killer for my eyes and the area around them. I'm constantly dealing with sagging, dark circles, and occasional puffiness, and I am not a morning person like I used to be. Using these immediately after waking allows me to relax for another 10-15 minutes, while again pampering my tired eyes while assisting in the wake up period. It is my opinion that using them in the morning will have to remain and become a ritual moving forward. I am able to sit up and start my mornings, feeling refreshed, and have noticed my eyes improving and looking more alive and brighter. I would and will definitely recommend this to friends/family. I may even consider purchasing this for a few of my friends/family that I know struggle with the same issues I just mentioned above. I am completely happy with this product. This product is a joke. The elastic part is attached with what looks like a file folder elastic band and metal pins. The mask isn't really big enough to come in contact with more of your face than your shut eyeballs. Not even under eye or over eye area. It also left a weird oily residue on the cardboard it came attached to. It's cute with glitter but a useless piece of junk.

I had previously never tried a Therapeutic Hot/Cold Eye Mask before so I was excited to try it! It arrived today and I put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes, I have been on the computer alot lately and my eyes just get so tired, i took the Eye Mask out of the freezer and tried to apply it to my eyes, which turned out to be too cold for a little bit, so i just left the eye mask on my forehead which helped warm it up a bit and actually felt really soothing, then came the best part..When I moved the eye gel mask onto my eyes it was still a little cold but perfect and within minutes my eyes felt I guess more relaxed? They didnt seem as strained anymore, I was comfortable and even almost fell asleep with them on. My 3 year old daughter was afraid of me though, haha! I'm excited to have this product in my posession now, it is very high quality and the hints of glitter inside the pink gel is a cute little detail.This would be perfect for a relaxing hour in a bubble bath, full on pampering. You don't think about all your eyes go thru during the day and this mask helps them feel less strained and more awake. I could see this being used for more than just reducing eye puffiness, and headaches.I was going to write the review in the morning but go figure I couldn't sleep, planning on putting the Gel Mask back on for a little bit then hopefully be able to fall asleep better, I am getting a little smidgen of a headache, ahh the perks of a teething toddler.Overall- High quality, cute pink with glitter gel, several uses. I have abso-freakin-lutely nothing negative to say about this great product.

There was ONLY about a tablespoon of pink liquid, which wasn't even enough to fill both sides. And the mask is really TINY - it barely covered the eyes and didn't stay cold beyond 3 minutes! I honestly don't know how anyone gave this a good review, unless mine was just defective!
