Not Great
Honestly this did not look like she wrote it hersef and she just seemed entited and bratty. She did not give Abby any credit whatsoever and didnt talk much about life during her stay at the ALDC. All she talked about was how great she was and others saying how good she was. I was so disgusted by her attitude that I didnt even bother to go past chapter two. I would never recommend this to anybody.

I really did enjoy this, but...
This book is a very well written book, that’s why I hardly believe that this was written by Maddie herself. I mean, she kept on talking about how humble she is and how amazing and sweet and kind she is. She also talks about how encouraging she is. This doesn’t sound like HER. I’ve been watching Dance Mom’s for years and it doesn’t sound like she wrote it. And the way she talked about her sister!!!!! If she’s so humble, she wouldn’t talk about her sister like that! And the Kenzie section, doesn’t sound like Kenzie wrote it at all!!!-Lila (11 years old)

Five Stars!
The Maddie Diaries by Maddie Ziegler was a great book! I really enjoyed reading all about her and the photos in the middle of the book were super fun to look through! I totally recommend this book!

I am not sure that I would recommend this book......
The Maddie dairies was a nice book. I loved watching Maddie grow up on Dance Moms, and I love seeing what she has become. The only thing that kind of upset me is that Maddie did not mention Miss Abby Lee Miller, whom played a very big role is Maddie's career. I would have given this book five stars if it wern't for that. Overall the book was sweet, I finished it in one sitting. I loved the pictures at the end. Very well done, Miss Maddie

Not the tell-all book we might see in ten years
This is a cute book with a positive spin for young girls and tweens. However, it doesn't tackle what we all want to know, namely anything about Abby Lee Miller herself or her long-lost friendships with Chloe Lukasiak and the Hyland girls. In the meantime, you'll have to settle for Sia and fashion tips.

I love it but I thought it was supposed to be new

A star performer
A fascinating look into Maddie's world covering her life history to the present day. For one so young she is remarkably mature and her character shines through. I hope that she will continue to brighten up our lives for many years to come!

Good read
This book was fantastic in my opinion. It's interesting to see her in a different light than what we see on Dance Moms. I believe the message she was attempting to convey was that you should always pursue your ambitions, and that things you never imagined you could do may become a reality.
