I had high hopes for this flat iron. I was looking for a less expensive alternative to the Chi one that I had for 10 years and really liked a lot. Alas, this flat iron felt and looked cheaply made. It didn't feel solid like my old Chi flat iron. The plates didn't quite touch each other. I could see daylight between them unless I squeezed hard. It also just slid through my hair without really straightening it. I felt like it wasn't even touching my hair. I tried several passes through my hair, but it just didn't do the job. I was very disappointed because of all the great reviews. I don't understand why there are so many. It seemed like a flat iron you would get at Walmart or Target.

I don’t know how this had such good reviews. First of all I don’t think it gets half as hot as it is supposed to. If it did it would actually straighten my hair. My chi was 400 degrees and worked like a charm. I have to put this to max temp just to try to get this to work. This is not even close to professional grade. I’d say you don’t even get what you pay for. You could find a much cheaper version elsewhere that probably works the same. Trust me. Buy the chi - in comparison it’s worth every penny!!! Also pulls hair which is what a good straightener does when it’s old and time for a new one.

Really like how sleek and lightweight this straightener is and the ease of use. Enjoy the digital temperature to adjust for different hair types. Heats up quickly and evenly. Only negative was manufacturer says u can also use it to curl wasn't impressed by that.

This works great for my hair. Granted, my hair is very fine and thin, so it doesn’t require a ton to get it straight. But it is wavy and does frizz up a lot if I don’t blow dry it. This straightener is easy to use and can straighten my hair quickly. I like the color. :) and it is lightweight and easy to use.

This is a super light weight, easy to use, and beautiful straightener. The color is amazing and it arrived the next day! It has easy to use controls too and even comes with clips for your hair!

I like it for the price. Gets hot quickly. Not professional 300 iron but for the price I'd buy it. Works well.

I like it, I love how it shows the temperature on it. I have curly hair and it’s good to know how high or low u can have it on your hair for. Easy to use. And I didn’t realize how important that swivel is; very useful!
