The unit does not leak, it fits well in the cup holders of my Toyota Prius. My concerns are that it does not have any sort of handle, so that it is awkward to carry (for example at the dog park). Also, for some reason, my dog will not drink from the provided collapsible cups. My guess is that the cups have an odor that dogs do not like. Bottom line, I was hoping to have an easy way to take water with me for my dog, this unit is close, but not quite...…To be even better, it would need to have an easy way to carry it while walking, and the cups would need to be made of a substance that dogs would drink out of (perhaps it is just that my dog is way too picky, all I can say for certain is that it is not working for us. )Addendum: Vendor refunded my money. cannot ask for more than that. I do not know why my dog will not drink from the cups provided, perhaps it is just her, your results may be different.

I really like the idea behind this product because it is so convenient to have while out walking my dogs. I do however wish the quality was a little better. After the first time using the bottle, one of the dispenser lids broke off.Update: Since this review, the seller contacted me advising they would replace the broken lid and that they are working on improving the quality of the material used. They were prompt in responding and very friendly.

I bought this and it broke immediately at the snap lid. when I was testing it out. I contacted the company and they immediately shipped me a replacement! The replacement has worked great and is leak proof. It's very convenient for compact storage of food/water. The bottle is wider than a typical shaker type bottle so it isn't very comfortable to carry if you're on long walks which was my original intention. For the price and convenience I would recommend and buy again.

First item was delivered by amazon to random house but was sent replacement. This purchase was well worth the price and trouble to get it. Made traveling in car and going hiking with my dog sooooo much easier. Desperate compartments with two bowls that attach to cup. Doesn’t take up to much space. So happy I bought this even if it won’t need to be used very often.

I like the separate sides so I can have one container for food and water. We did a n outing to the park, so we didn't need food that trip. Could easily put water in both sides, or even ice on one side that would keep the water cooler, then melt for drinking! The bowls work well, my dogs are small so I didn't expand fully- perfect!

Good to have with you for your dog. It's not meal sized for my dog so I just use it for water and both bottle compartments hold well. I keep one bowl in my vehicle just in case I end up staying out longer than planned. It's nice to be able to see how much your dog is actually drinking vs pouring from a bottle into your hand etc.

I didn't read the dimensions so it is a bit bigger than I expected but I have a very very small dog. It is great for travel! the first time I used it we took the boys on a day trip to the lake, held way more than enough food for 2 Pomeranians and a full days worth of water (sat in the fridge over night with ice). Rinsed the bowls out with a bit of water and it was ready to be packed up at the end of the day. I have not yet tried to fully wash them (since I only used it once). It was by far the best deal I could find because it was inexpensive and came with the 2 bowls, the 2 "D-ring" clips, AND a grate to keep stuff from getting into the water (or ice from getting out)**update**I wash every single item in the dishwasher, often, and everything is as good as when I bought it

Yes i really like this and will be using for travels in the future for sure. I used it once so far on a 6 hour trip picking up a new cat. It so far is very leak proof and with the grate on the water side helps for filling without messes. I plan to use this for going to cat shows or even just taking the puppy to the park.

I was a little concerned about the bulk of this item, it arrived with one of the clip to hold on the dish broken, the spring had been lost. I use it with the flattened dishes under the water bottle in the sack it came in, but wonder how long the dishes will last doing this as the dishes don't seem very strong . When walking this is bulky to carry.It's is useful when visiting people and you need to take the dogs food.It seems flimsy for the price and I wonder how long it will actually last. I wouldn't buy it again.

Hi. Great bottle, however I feel the clips to hold the lid on are flimsy and they feel like they will snap so we are being very careful.The clip which holds the bowls on to the bottle is broken already and today is the 1st day we have used it. It's not essential to clip the bowls to the bottle it's just a little frustrating it broke on the first use

A useful bottle with compartments for food and water, although I use it just as a water bottle.The dishes that come with it are very small - but if using it for food and water it would only hold enough for a small dog.

A great convenient item for taking the dogs out. Seems water tight so far. I wouldn't recommend putting biscuits or other treats in one side and water in the other as the water does get into the other side.I would recommend this for leaving in the car and using after dog walks.

Ideal for taking small amounts of food on the go for long trips out. We use this to ensure we have food with us when our for the day or visiting family so we’re never caught short. Item is sturdy. When trying to empty the food compartment by removing the food cap and turning the bottle upside down, the odd drip can escape the water compartment. But still great value for money in my opinion.
