By far the best gluten free pancake / waffle mix on the market today.We have a family member with a strong reaction to gluten, so finding something that we all liked and met the need for it to be gluten free was extremely important. I'm sure we've tried almost every available product in this category and most taste a bit like 1/2 of our kids' sandbox was dumped in with the mix.The Mama's brand, however, is different. It's much smoother and more like the pancakes and waffles we've all come to know and love. The preparation takes slightly longer, because in order for this to be it's best you have to separate the eggs and whip up the whites, so it's not an "add water and mix" product. The minimal extra time in preparation is far outweighed by the superior taste. Five great big stars for this product!

We discovered Mama's pancake mix about six months ago due to a family member who needed to go gluten free. We used to be able to purchase it locally but our grocery store stopped selling it. We have tried a number of other mixes but this one is by far my families favorite! It's simple to make, cooks just like regular pancakes, is quick, and tastes fantastic! I actually prefer eating these pancakes over our old normal recipe. The taste is great and my favorite part is that I don't get that super full tired feeling after I eat them. This is an awesome product. If you are looking for a fantastic gluten free product this is for you!

My wife has Celiac disease and can't eat gluten. Most of the food she eats does not approach gluten versions that I eat. This pancake mix is actually better in flavor and texture than any other mix I have tried for myself. My wife thinks I am just a great guy when I make her Mama's pancakes when, actually, I just like them better.

This is my favorite gluten free pancake and waffle mix! The pancakes have this somewhat chewy texture and the recipe for the waffles turned out fantastic! The waffles were light, a bit crispy on the outside, but fluffy on the inside, I followed the recipe on the package. You won't be disappointed.

I love these pancakes or as waffles. One of the few gluten free products that taste better than non gluten free. I double the batch then freeze the extras, as they taste just as good when they're microwaved, as they do when they are fresh off of the griddle.

I've tried SEVERAL pancake mixes with and without gluten and this one is the only one my 9 year old son will gobble down. He loves it so much I have six bags auto-shipped to me every six months.
