This is certainly good crust..
I'm new at Gluten free stuff.. This tastes great the challenge is working with it just like any Gluten Free dough. I'm on my third bag and getting it figured out finally.. Primarily I'm making both Beef and Chicken 10" pies crust on both the bottom and top.. I recently purchased a silicon fondant food grade matt (24x36 ) off Amazon and it's looking like this is really going to help. I can roll the dough out between to pieces of it and with care it works .. After removing the top piece I place my pie dish centered then I use a pizza slip to flip the whole works over.. Wett your hands well and then work the dough into the dish.. I am pre-cooking the dough prior to adding all the works.. Last thing is to add the top crust which is fairly easy..

I found the crust really thick, but rolls amazing.

Very Best Gluten Free Pie Crust!!!
Honestly, this is the BEST gluten free pie crust!! I've tried many and tried making pie crusts from scratch. None as good as this one! Tastes like regular pie crust. Does not fall apart. I roll between wax paper and then put in dish. Awesomeness!!! I do add a few more T water than reads, but that depends on the humidity. So far I've made gluten free Chicken Pot Pie, Apple Pie, Peach Pie and Pumpkin. Gotta buy some more now!!

Best Gluten agree Pie Crust
I’ve tried all of the gluten free pie mixes and this is far and away my favorite. I always follow the ‘sub honey for egg’ instructions. The dough is good enough to eat raw and enjoy. Roll out your crusts between parchment paper for best results - you can shape, braid, leaf cut, etc with this dough to make beautiful pie crusts.

and they are not nearly as good as what you can make with this mix
I have tried making gluten-free pie crusts from scratch, and they are not nearly as good as what you can make with this mix. The directions say to roll out this crust, but I just press it right into the pie pan and it works fine. The flavor and texture are great.
