TOURBON Canvas Bike Panniers Waterproof Bicycle Handlebar Bag Tablet Shoulder Bag 10"

I purchased this as I was looking for a canvas bag on the cheap and with fast delivery. Upon arrival the quality and space is very nice and exactly as described. I was hoping to use it as a seat bag, but unlike the handmade cycling specific bags that I dream of owning the mounting straps are placed too wide to work on my Brooks saddle. It mounts just fine on my bars and when loaded heavy it rest in my basket.If you run narrow bars or have a lot of accessories on your handlebars the mounting could be difficult. I can no longer run my bar mounted light, basket, and bag together. I have opted to mount my light on my basket. Also, without some support if the bag is loaded it will swing under the bars until it rest against the headtube or cables and there is no center strap to hold it steady. Just know that it will swing freely on the bars if you ride on rough terrain.None of this is necessarily negative, just some things to consider and be aware of for cycling. The bag is made well and offers plenty of space.After some more mileage, weather, and use, I will come back with an update on how it holds up to touring, bike packing, and general use.
