Do a quick google search and don't simply trust what sellers put on their listing.
After looking through the derma rollers listings on amazon, I found conflicting information. Brands like Sdara are saying Titanium is better than Stainless Steel and that anything above 0.25mm is not safe for home use while YOOVE is saying the exact opposite - Stainless Steel > Titanium & 0.5 is safe for home use. So i went ahead and did a quick google search in search of what is correct. I ended up spending a few hours researching and came to the conclusion that YOOVE is correct. Stainless Steel is indeed better than Titanium HANDS DOWN - it is more hyengic and sharper. Titanium just sounds nicer, don't be tricked. There is a reason why surgical instrutments used at hospitals are made of stainless steel and NOT titanium. As for the 0.5mm needles, 0.5mm is safe for home use but must be used with extra caution. Only use it 1 or 2 times a month. Compare to 0.25mm, the 0.5mm needle roller has the added benefit of helping reducing dark circle, wrinkles etc. Hope this helps you fellow amazon shoppers. Go for it
This looks like a torture device and takes a lot of courage to use it at first. But once you use it, you'll realise its not that painful. I find that it works well and definitely increases the absorption of face products. Just be careful and easy with it and don't push too hard.

Quality product
Derma roller by YOOVE comes in a nice gift box packaging and casing. Needles are made of stainless steel - did a quick google search and found that stainless steel is indeed better than titanium because it is more hygienic and sharper. I use the micro needling system about 2 times a month and other systems for my skin on every other day. I am seeing a gradual change in the texture of my skin especially mu upper lip.

Comes in a good size - not too big nor too small.. No squeaking like some other cheap derma rollers I got.

Here's some tips on how to use
After experimenting a couple of times, I recommend to use derma roller with creamy face products and definitely on a moist face. Seems like it would work better. My face feels so much breathable than with just my exfoliating wash. Skin is glowing. I love this product and i recommend it to all my friends.

I was excited to see if this product actually works and fortunately IT DID! I sanitize these in alcohol before every use, i think that's extremely important since we are dealing with needles penetrating your face causing mini scars. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Good quality roller
Love it! Just a little disappointed the head can't be replaced. Looks like I just gonna buy a new one. Not going to risk getting another brand that may not be as good.
