MoenYG5430CH Bathroom Safety 30-Inch Stainless Steel Traditional Bathroom Grab Bar, Chrome

Two of our toilets are straight across from the towel rack. I bought these bars (which are closest in size to the original rack) and installed them in place of the towel racks. When we have knee or hip pain flare up, it can be hard to get up from the toilet but now all we have to do is reach across and grab hold of the towels and help pull ourselves up. They are also positioned perfectly for getting in and out of the tub/shower. They look so beautiful that you might never know they are actually grab bars. The width is great for two bath towels with room to spare. Have purchased 3 altogether. Great product. If you want help on how to install it there are videos on YouTube.

I was looking for a designer grap bar for my newly remodeled downstairs bathroom. that has 30" in length and not cost too much ;-). This was for my 86 yr old mom. This product met all my expectatiosn and was one of the lowest cost available compare with others. My wife was impressed after I installed it. I am happy!!!!

The mounting flanges were not parallel to the bar. To fix, I drilled out the holes in the posts to make them wider and then re-tapped the stripped threads in the bar. The posts were then able to self align with the bar as they should. Just a tolerance problem, easily fixed. Expected better for $100 though. Looks nice. Feels strong.

Exactly what I needed for a safety bar.

We purchased 30" and 12" grab bars and a toilet paper holder in the Kingsley line with brushed nickle finish. We chose these after shopping the local box stores and on line and are very pleased with our purchases. All are nicely constructed, have attractive finishes and sturdy attachment rings and hardware. Highly recommended.
