I had to buy another dongle for my fitbit flex ...
I had to buy another dongle for my fitbit flex since my ipad is too old to sync. I didn't want to have to take the one I had back and forth to work as it would surely get lost sooner or later. I have received this product and plugged it into my computer. I have sucessfully synced my fitbit flex using it. So, that is what I wanted and got to save some money!

Do NOT buy for Charge HR - might work for other Fitbit models
This device did not work for my Fitbit Charge HR - although dongle seemed to be detected by my computer and might otherwise be functional (just not working for Charge HR perhaps as there were reviews for other similar devices indicating that those devices did not work for Charge HR). I had bought this specific item as the description indicated specifically that it worked with the Charge HR.

Works for Fitbit Charge
I needed a replacement dongle for my fitbit Charge because I always leave it plugged into my laptop and I guess within travel it broke. This replacement dongle was easy to set up. I just plugged it in, synced it through the Fitbit software and it was up and running! I have read some of the other reviews that people could not get it to work with certain models of Fitbits. I can verify for you that it does work for my Fitbit Charge.

Does not work with Fitbit Charge
This did not work in my Fitbit Charge. I will be asking for refund and returning product. I now have to find the right one and wait till it arrives. Not happy. I gave it one star because it did arrive in a timely manner.

won't sync fitbit while wearing
This works with my fitbit charge hr, but only when it's right next to the receiver -- and I mean right next to -- and it won't sync if I'm wearing it.

Does what its supposed to do.
Replaced my Fitbit Charge HR dongle with this one as a test and it worked fine. I use this one in my business travel bag as it has a cover to protect the USB plug.
