Absolutely life changing. Read it and implement it. I've managed to overcome my (non-clinical) depression/general grumpiness and frustration. I feel happy and excited every day about living my life. I'm managing my ADHD better than ever.When I thought about my grandfather this morning (passed away several years ago now), instead of moving on and ignoring the emotions, I took a moment to talk about how much I miss him and to let a couple of years fall. The book was great but the last 50 pages or so are so unnecessary. You can tell it was all filler to continue the book.

Life Changing
This is more than a self-help book, these principles are life-changing. They are not something you do every now and then or when you feel like it, this is a lifestyle change. There are so many principles to apply to your life in this book. Start small and remain consistent especially with the 20/20/20 formula. You will begin to see your life change for the good.

Tough to get through
It took me 2 years to get through this book. It's all written to be easily read but there is a lot of fluff that I don't think was necessary. That said, the 15% or something of the book that is actually directly discussing routines and bettering yourself were highly beneficial. All in all, I'd recommend a cliffnotes type version.
