A decent digital kettle. Ive been using it for just about a week but find it extremely useful in warming or heating water to desired temperature. It works relatively fast and the indicator light in the kettle tuns off once desired temperature is reached. Also the temperature indicator stops blinking. Looks sturdy and well made wothout being too flashy. The only downside I can think of is the noise it makes while heating. Decibel level seems to be a notch above the average kettles. Other than that its a fantastic buy till now. Still early days. Will post more if anything else comes up.

Used it for 1 year. Then it stopped working giving an E1 error. The product came with 2 year warranty. Contacted Duverra, who had sold the product. They asked me to courier the product to them, which I did, spending ₹1400. Then they replied saying that the it’s a PCB fault, which is not supposed to be a manufacturing fault- so not covered by warranty. They asked me to pay another ₹800 for them to repair.I contacted Amazon, but they wanted a letter of denial from the seller, which Duverra refused to give. So that was a pretext for Amazon to wash their hands off.Finally till date (3 months on) Duverra is just sitting with the product and not willing to do anything till I pay them further ₹800. And Amazon won’t bother replying to any emails.Finally I bought another similar product by Black and Decker - much reputed brand than the Duverra sold Chinese made no name product.So be careful with such Chinese made product dubious Indian distributors and Amazon’s so called reputation. Warranty etc doesn’t mean anything. If it works you’re lucky, if not tough luck.

I have recently begun drinking teas and learned that different kinds of teas should be brewed with certain temperatures of water. This kettle is very easy to use with this in mind. You just program the kettle with the temperature you want and it heats the water to the correct temperature. As I liked it so much, I purchased a second one for my work place.

Quality is good, however there are few points the manufacturer needs to take care of-1. Plug - Missing third ground pin (only two pins). Due to this, the outer surface gives shock when touched (even after switched off, when still on the base). It is a must to provide Ground connector as this kettle has a steel exterior.2. Temperature - While the temperature settings do work to some extent, it is not accurate. When I used the lowest setting, I still have a temperature difference of almost 3-4C higher than the expected one.

Absolutely i love this new kettle. Its very quiet and boils extremely quick. One of the Best kettle i have had to date. It is stunningly stylish and it certainly looks lux in my kitchen. Priced economical too. Well packed and delivered ontime. It has both good and bad points. Good is the temp control and nice looking blue light inside for viewing water level. One click opening and stainless steel body. Bad, the olastic finishes are not very good. Close look eeveals cheap mould finish. The body, however, heats up much, being metal. It is severe drawback, especially, for childs. Keem them away or high chance of burnt fingers.
