Spendy, but a great product.
I love this product. With some manipulation, I can get the gritty texture under control. I don't use it as a stand alone, i add oat flour and other GF flours to it in order to get the desired texture. I don't ever use just one brand as a stand alone. I have been told by customers that my gluten free baked goods are some of the best they ever had, and they have had a lot of rave reviews. I generally bake off what i think I'll need for a day or two and freeze the rest. I noticed by day 3, the texture goes a little weird. I personally don't follow a gluten free diet, but i have clients that want delicious baked goods that resemble the same texture that they were able to enjoy when they were able to eat gluten, or before they adopted a gluten free diet. I subtracted a star because the stuff is more expensive than other brands. I happened across this by accident when i replaced the pastry chef that ordered it initially. The owners wanted the product used, so it took me some time to get my ratios right. 1:1 ratio of oat to mama's, a little bit of vinegar, and don't forget the xanthan gum.

wow awesome
I have almond flour from same club, I also have coconut flour I choose a lot of health conscious changing foods for better health. I was running low on almond flour so I decided to just order it off of amazon since I had been shopping why not just grab some almond flour too ok I had to pick through different brands so I went with this one. I was at first very disappointed with the packaging of all my items no bubble wrap no care someone threw all my items in a box so the small box coffee grinder ripped open my almond flour and flour was spilt all over. ok I got over it and calmed down and just put my new almond flour ripped bag in a big zip lock bag. So from touching the almond flour and looking at its light and fluffy super soft texture of the flour was like my coconut flour I thought it was and looked at my bag that read almond flour and I compared it to the same club brand they sold was gritty . and I thought wow this mamas almond flour is so awesome and it mixed with coconut flour made the best homage chocolate cake my son made me for mothers day .wow try this flour its like really nice flour. you won't know till you know. Im glad I picked this one to try I give the flour 5 stars and I am very picky with quality whats best for me and my family healthy is the new you.

Main ingredient is rice flour then tapioca startch, potatoe startch then almond flour
It is rice flour wth tapioca startch, potatoe startch and Almond flour. Almond flour is the last ingredient. So it is misleading. Hopefully it will still work for what I need.

For Fine GF Baking, You Will Find None Better!
I have used Mama's GF Almond Blend for years and LOVE IT. It is so finely ground that all baking turns out great. It has a terrific, neutral flavor, and the almonds add nice protein. Highly recommend!

Pricey, but worth it
It seems to work and feel like AP flour for all the things I've done so far. (Biscuits, breading chicken, and pie dough).
